  • 100% Preventative (No Deductible) Cleanings, X-Rays, Exams
  • 70% Basic Services include Fillings, Root Canals, Periodontics
  • 50% Major Services after a 1 year waiting period, includes Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, Prosthodontics, Periodontics

  • 100% Preventative (No Deductible) Cleanings, X-Rays, Exams
  • 80% Basic Services include Fillings, Root Canals, Periodontics
  • 50% Major Services include Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, Prosthodontics
  • 50% Orthodontia for dependant children with a lifetime max of $1,000
