LIFE INSURANCE
The full amount of this insurance is payable to your named beneficiary in the event of your death anywhere in the world, from any cause, regardless of any other insurance you may have at the time.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
The full amount of this insurance is payable to your beneficiary in addition to the Life Insurance if the death is caused by accidental means. In addition, cash benefits are payable in the event of accidental loss of limb or eyesight.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE
All Firms
- A flat amount for all full time employees $15,000, $20,000 or $50,000
- One (1) times each full time employee's salary rounded to the next higher $1,000 to a maximum of $50,000
Firm with ten lives or more
- One and a half times each full time employee's salary rounded to the next higher $1,000 to a maximum of $75,000
- Two times each employee's salary rounded to the next higher $1,000 to a maximum of $100,000
Note: All amounts are subject to reduction starting at age 65
Age 65 reduces 35%; age 70 reduces 50%; age 75 flat $2,000; retiree's flat $1,000. Coverage amounts of $50,000 or more are subject to underwriting approval.
